Self-Check-in Process
The instructions and entrance codes to the property will be sent to you via email one day prior to arrival at 11:00am local time. Please make sure that you have internet and access to your email.
However, if you wish, you can send us your requests by e-mail at alexanderapartmentsgr@gmail.com or call us at +30 2294083184 and +30 6982081988 (WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, i-message).
Flexible Cancellation
If you make a reservation via our website, free cancellation is allowed if you cancel 11 calendar days before your arrival.
To cancel a reservation within 10 days up to 1 day before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In all other cases (cancellation on the arrival day or in case of a no-show) the entire amount will be charged.
Smoking/Vaping
Smoking as well as vaping are not allowed inside the apartments, but you can use the balconies in that case.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
Party
Parties are not allowed.
Quiet Hours
Winter season October 1st - March 31st: 15.00-17.30 and 22.00-07.30
Summer season April 1st - September 30th: 15.30-17.30 & 23.00 - 07.00
